Is it still worth playing?

A first person narrative adventure developed by Redact and published by Ratalaika Games, released on consoles in August 2019. It is set in New Mexico at Black Sage Ranch, the former home of Father James, leader of the Perfect Heaven cult, a group inspired by real world cults. You play a truth seeker who explores the whole compound to investigate the cult's mass suicide and learn about the lives of those who lived there, what brought them together and what they believed. The game has no combat and asks only that you walk, look and read. It uses a lo fi 3D look and a moody ambient soundtrack that give the empty buildings an unsettling mood. It is a short, quiet story that suits anyone who likes to piece a mystery together slowly, which makes it a good evening of exploration today.
