Warhammer: Vermintide 2 2018

Is it still worth playing?

A co-op focused first person action game from Fatshark, in which players battle together against the Chaos army and the Skaven, a race of rat men, in the Warhammer Fantasy universe. The Heroes of Ubersreik, captured by Grey Seer Rasknitt, take on the Skaven hordes of Clan Fester and their new allies, the Rotbloods, a Chaos warband devoted to Nurgle. You play one of five characters, divided into 15 careers, 20 with downloadable content, each with its own skills and abilities. The base game comes with 13 missions, over 20 enemy types and over 50 weapons, and after each mission you get rewards through a randomized loot system. Each level takes about half an hour, and bots fill in for missing players. A horde of rats in every corridor still makes teamwork the point of the game.
