Is it still worth playing?

A space patrol fighter takes on a space pirate in this 1981 arcade shooter, flying in eight directions and firing forward and backward at once. The ship stays fixed at the center of the screen, and a radar display on the right shows where the enemies are. Each round has several green enemy bases, which you destroy by shooting all six cannons around the core or by firing into the core itself, and the next round starts only when all of them are gone. Bases also launch formations of ships, and wiping out a whole formation gives bonus points. Asteroids, mines and missiles have to be avoided or destroyed, and a spy ship that appears from time to time has to be shot or the alert turns red. A digitized voice announces events such as incoming enemies. Flying in every direction with a radar that shows where the bases are still gives each round a clear goal.
