Is it still worth playing?

A 2020 grand strategy game set in the Middle Ages, in which you play a ruler or a noble from 867, 1066 or 1178 and try to keep your bloodline going. Each character has six skills, Diplomacy, Martial, Stewardship, Intrigue, Learning and Prowess, shaped by traits of personality, education and blood. Acting against a character's traits builds stress, which can lead to bad and even deadly outcomes. You arrange marriages, make alliances, wage war and have rivals assassinated. Titles run from barony up to empire, with a limit on how many you can hold yourself before handing some out. Every county has its own government, culture and religion, each with bonuses of its own, and you spend gold, prestige and piety. Because it is played through people, it is still worth playing now: their skills, traits, marriages and rivals decide where a dynasty goes.
