Is it still worth playing?

Up to four players drop into procedurally generated missions as the shock troops of Super Earth, in this 2015 twin stick shooter. The camera is a slanted aerial view, and the game was released for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PS Vita with cross play, then on Windows. Stratagems are called in by entering a sequence on the d-pad, and they bring airstrikes and supply crates when ammo is limited. Friendly fire cannot be turned off, so you can be shot by teammates or crushed by a supply drop. A mission takes about ten minutes, and you complete the objectives and escape by dropship. The enemies have infinite reinforcements and there are no rewards for simply killing them, so avoiding fights often pays off. A game built around quick, chaotic co-op still runs well in short sessions.
