Pokémon Ultra Sun 2017

Is it still worth playing?

A young trainer travels the Alola Region, which is based on Hawaii, in this 2017 role-playing game for the Nintendo 3DS, an enhanced version of Pokémon Sun with an alternate storyline. The new Ultra Recon Squad, whose members differ between versions, drives changes in the plot. Mantine is added as a Ride Pokémon, and between islands it replaces the boat cutscene with a wave riding minigame scored by tricks. The Festival Plaza gains a Battle Agency, where you rent powerful Pokémon for battles, and you can face teams from earlier generations such as Team Rocket and Team Galactic. You can catch Legendary Pokémon from every generation except the mythical ones. They were the last mainline Pokémon games for the 3DS. A familiar island adventure with new twists still gives a returning trainer a reason to go back.
