Is it still worth playing?

A 2021 third person shooter and platformer for the PlayStation 5, in which Ratchet and Clank are thrown into another dimension and separated, and Clank teams up with Rivet, a female Lombax. The campaign alternates between Ratchet and Rivet, with the series' strafing, bolts to collect and weapons that upgrade as you use them. Rifts are the new idea: a Rift Tether pulls you through a portal to another point in an instant, and on two planets you switch between dimensions in real time. The arsenal mixes returning and new weapons, such as the Topiary Sprinkler, which turns enemies into hedges, and both characters can dash and run along walls. Some planets are wider sandbox levels with extra objectives, and Clank has puzzles of his own. The arsenal and the rifts, which move you between worlds in seconds in the middle of a fight or a set piece, make it a shooter worth picking up today.
