In this 2021 first person shooter, Colt Vahn is stuck in a time loop on the island of Blackreef, and the only way out is to kill eight targets called Visionaries in a single day. The day is split into morning, noon, afternoon and evening, and each visit to one of the island's four districts moves the clock on. The Visionaries are in different places at different times, and people's routines change with the hour, so a room locked in the morning may be open at night. What you learn carries over, and Residuum taken from the Visionaries lets you keep weapons and gear. Their powers include going invisible and throwing enemies, and you can sneak along rooftops or go in loud. Another player can invade as Julianna, a Visionary hunting Colt. Every loop teaches you something, and that is still the pull today, until you can plan the one day that gets all eight.
