Is it still worth playing?

Captain Jacob Angelus of the Northern Star Alliance fights the invading Terran Empire in the colonies of the Outer Sphere, in this 2004 real time tactics game for Windows. There are no bases to build and no economy: acquisition points, earned by holding victory locations and destroying enemy units, pay for reinforcements, and they come in faster while your army is small. The reinforcements arrive by dropship, which helps defend the landing zone as it drops them off. Units from infantry and tanks to aircraft and artillery each have a fixed secondary mode, such as anti armor rockets, though using it can stop a unit from moving. The campaign of 24 missions is split between the Alliance and the Viron Nomads, the two playable sides. A dropship arriving under fire still makes every landing zone the centre of the fight.
