Is it still worth playing?

You draw the rail network of a growing city in this minimalist strategy game from 2015. Stations appear as shapes, a circle, a triangle, a square or a star, and each passenger wants a specific station. The trains run on their own, so your job is drawing the lines and the connection stations where passengers transfer. Lines cannot cross, and tunnels, bridges and carriages are scarce. A station holds about six passengers, and when one overcrowds the game ends, in every mode but Endless. Each week you choose an upgrade, such as a new line, a train, a tunnel or a bridge. Across the 34 city maps the quirks differ: Osaka has limited bullet trains, Melbourne slower trams and Hong Kong fills up quickly. Every new line is still a bet on where passengers will pile up next.
