Is it still worth playing?
A racing game developed by Slightly Mad Studios and published by Electronic Arts, released in March and April 2011, the seventeenth in the Need for Speed series and a direct sequel to Shift. It has over 145 cars from more than 37 manufacturers and over 36 tracks, with online racing. The three main additions are an in helmet camera, night racing and Autolog, from Hot Pursuit, which posts your top speeds to a Speed Wall and lets you jump into friends' races. Experience points replace the driver profile, with rewards in cash, vinyls, cars, rims and paint up to level 20, and corner mastering gives extra experience. You race in Time Attack, Duel and Elimination, and real drivers, such as Vaughn Gittin Jr., comment on your progress. A cockpit view that moves with you still makes night races feel fast.
