Is it still worth playing?

James Vanderboom plants a seed in the garden of the house he has inherited, and his family tree starts to sprout, in this 2016 point and click adventure. Each branch offers an encounter with a different family member, across 33 levels that follow the Vanderboom family over several generations near Rusty Lake. You solve puzzles by clicking and swiping, collecting and storing items, and unlocking portraits in the tree of life. There are also bonus puzzles. The mood switches between calm and very dark moments, each level has its own theme song. It is the second game of the series, and you do not need to know the first to follow it. Family stories told one puzzle at a time are still easy to dip into.
