Is it still worth playing?

A survival game developed and published by Konami for the Game Boy Color in 1999, known as Stranded Kids in Europe and the first of the series that became Lost in Blue elsewhere. You are on a deserted island, seen from above, and the game is open ended, with several ways to progress. Besides health you watch hunger, thirst and fatigue meters, which means eating, drinking, sleeping, hunting and gathering. Most objects you pick up do nothing alone, but you can merge two or three into tools and weapons, such as a vine and a flexible piece of wood into a bow, or a stick, a feather and a pointed rock into arrows. Many items wear out and break, and meat goes rotten within a day. It came to Nintendo Classics in 2025. Making what you need from what you find, and learning what lasts, still gives the island its pace.
