Is it still worth playing?

Tomba, a feral child, sets out across his home island to get back his grandfather's golden bracelet from the evil Koma Pigs, in this 1997 platform adventure for the PlayStation. There are no levels as such, but one large overworld, and you often backtrack. Most of it is side scrolling, though Tomba can climb walls to move between the foreground and the background. He leaps onto an enemy, bites its back and tosses it, or fights with weapons such as flails and boomerangs. Characters and objects start events, which give him tasks such as finding a lost item, rescuing a stranded character or clearing a blockade, and finishing one earns Adventure Points that open more events. Signposts explain the controls, and some save your progress. The tasks handed out as you go still give the island a reason to keep exploring.
