Is it still worth playing?

You rule a Caribbean island as El Presidente, in this construction and management simulation from Haemimont Games. It is the first in the series with cooperative and competitive multiplayer for up to four players. Players can build cities on the same island and choose to work with each other or against, sharing resources, workers and electricity, helping with cash, or declaring war. You advance through four eras, from the Colonial Era and the World Wars to the Cold War and modern times, when you meet requirements such as writing the constitution. Ten factions of citizens have different needs and allegiances, so one man's happiness may be another man's frustration. The campaign teaches plantations, mines and other sources of revenue while you manage public favor, and disasters and elections add variety. Ten factions with different needs still make every decree a trade off.
