Is it still worth playing?

A television station management simulation published by Rainbow Arts in 1991, in which you are a new program director. You move a thin man through a multistory building with mouse clicks, entering rooms that are shown in cutscenes, and each day lasts eight game hours. You must program seven hours of television and an advertising block for each program, buying the rights to movies and shows or producing your own, and you have to rotate them because programs go stale and ratings fall. Two other stations run by computer directors share the building and can outbid you for movies or sabotage your schedule. The goal is to win the love of Betty, a cultural reporter on the top floor, whose affection rises when you air her culture program or buy her gifts. A balance between culture and ratings is the game's puzzle.
