Is it still worth playing?
A 2016 simulation of the 19th century oil rush in North America, in which you buy land at auction in a growing frontier town and drill for oil. Dowsers, moles and scanners help you find the oil underground, and you pump it and sell it, against three rival oil companies, to earn as much as you can in one year. As the money comes in, the town grows with you, and you buy upgrades such as more horses and bigger pipes. The campaign takes you level by level toward becoming a successful oil entrepreneur. Each year is still a short race worth running today, against three rivals for the oil under the same town.
