Is it still worth playing?

You build and run hospitals across the fictional Two Point County and cure comical illnesses, in this 2018 business simulation, a spiritual successor to Theme Hospital. Tasks include building treatment rooms and amenities, hiring and managing doctors, nurses and janitors, and expanding onto new plots, each with its own layout and objectives. Each level has a list of targets that earn stars, and staff pay and morale have to be balanced against cost. Illnesses are silly, such as Light Headedness, and humor was considered important by the developers, since real hospitals are often unpleasant. Two Point Studios, which includes some of the creators of Theme Hospital, made it, and console versions arrived in 2020. Silly illnesses and a steady loop of building, curing and expanding still keep a hospital busy.
