A role playing game developed by Gust for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Windows in 2019, the twenty first main game in the Atelier series and the first of the Secret storyline. Reisalin Ryza Stout is a girl on Kurken Island who wants adventures, and she sneaks onto the mainland with her friends Lent and Tao, where they meet the alchemist Empel and his bodyguard Lila and become their apprentices. Alchemy is the center of the game: you gather materials and place them on a web of colored elemental nodes to discover recipes and make items, and an option can automate gathering and synthesis. Battles are turn based with real time elements, where time keeps moving while you give orders, and attacks build points for special moves. A workshop where you build items from what you gather still rewards patient exploration.
