Is it still worth playing?

A platform game from Sega for the Master System and Game Gear, a separate game from the Genesis and Super Nintendo ones, based on the Disney film. It follows the film's story more closely than the other versions, with cutscenes between the levels that run on the game engine. In the side scrolling levels Aladdin has no weapons except rocks, and he solves simple puzzles to avoid traps and guards, with an emphasis on jumping and dodging. The chase levels scroll by themselves, and you jump over obstacles on foot or fly around them on the magic carpet. One early stage has Aladdin escaping with Jasmine, which no other version has, and the game ends with a showdown against Jaffar. A short run through the film still makes it easy to finish in one sitting.
