Is it still worth playing?

Mono, a boy with a paper bag on his head, and Six, the girl from the first Little Nightmares, try to survive the Pale City in this 2021 horror puzzle platformer. You play Mono and explore a 3D world seen at a fixed angle, with puzzles to solve and platforms to cross. The game controls Six, and you can call to her and hold her hand so you stay together; many puzzles need you both. Mono can pick up objects and swing them to break things or fight small enemies, but from the large ones he has to hide or run. The places it passes through include a school of porcelain bullies and a hospital, and some traps cannot be seen until they catch you. Collectible hats can be worn. The tension is the reason to play it now: slow stretches of sneaking give way to desperate escapes, with Six at your side.
