Is it still worth playing?
The second Monster Rancher game on the Game Boy Advance and the sequel to Monster Rancher Advance, known in Japan as Monster Farm Advance 2. It is about creating, training and fighting monsters, like the earlier games in the series. Because the console cannot read discs, you generate monsters by entering key phrases, unlike the games on disc based systems, where you insert readable CDs or DVDs. You can also create a variety of monsters by combining two different ones, and the new monster shows qualities of both parents. The series is set in a world where monsters, sealed long ago in disc stones, live beside humans, and their owners hold battles as a sport, which became tournaments. A monster you raise from a phrase you chose still gives each game a personal stamp.
