Is it still worth playing?

You lead an LAPD SWAT element through sixteen missions in Los Angeles in 2005, with a nuclear treaty about to be signed. It is a 1999 tactical shooter for Windows, made with LAPD SWAT at the team's elbow, and a serving element leader and the former chief Daryl Gates advised. The point is arrests, not kills: suspects are ordered down and cuffed, the rules of engagement and the use of force policy are scored, and a shot that breaks them costs you, with five or ten officers under your command and a stealth or a dynamic approach to each door. The Elite Edition added a multiplayer mode in 2000. The arrest still makes the win a suspect alive on the floor and your weapon unfired.
