Is it still worth playing?

Denam Pavel, a rebellious orphan, joins the Walister resistance in a civil war over the kingdom of Valeria, in this 2010 PlayStation Portable remake of a 1995 tactical role-playing game. Battles are turn based on grid maps, viewed from an overhead diagonal or a flat top-down angle. You mix and match dozens of classes with passive and active skills, and the story branches with Denam's choices, setting honor against loyalty and country against humanity. A Wheel of Fortune system lets you jump back to an earlier point in a battle or to a previous decision in the story. Yasumi Matsuno and the original composers returned, and the remake adds new scenes, characters and equipment crafting. Characters can still die for good, but replacing them hurts far less than before. A branching war story that you can rewind is the reason to go back.
