Is it still worth playing?
A dating simulation developed and published by Konami, first released in Japan for the PC Engine Super CD-ROM² on May 27, 1994, and the first game in a series that continues. You play a male freshman at Kirameki High School, choosing among twelve command icons to study, train and date over three years. Neglected girls get angry and gossip to their friends, which lowers love meters across the board, so you need careful plans and round robin dating once many girls are known. It was directed by Yoshiaki Nagata, with Koji Igarashi writing the scenario, and its success let him choose his next project, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. It came to the PlayStation in 1995, the Super Famicom and Saturn in 1996, and the Game Boy Color in 1999, and none of the games were officially translated into English. Three school years to plan, with a few girls to win, still make it a game of schedules.
