Is it still worth playing?

Four heroes travel across the world of Luxendarc to reawaken four elemental crystals consumed by darkness, in this 2012 role-playing game from Silicon Studio for the Nintendo 3DS. Battles are turn based and use a Brave and Default system. Braving lets a character take up to four actions in one turn, but then they cannot act until their points return to zero. Defaulting costs nothing, raises defense for a turn and grants an extra point later. Each character has a job that sets skills and stats, and jobs level separately from the characters. Leaving the system in sleep mode progresses the rebuilding of the protagonist's razed village, which unlocks items and abilities. Options also adjust battle speed and the rate of random encounters. The adventure takes around 40 hours. Choosing when to risk a turn still makes each fight a small gamble.
