Is it still worth playing?
A rally racing game developed and published by Codemasters for the Xbox, PlayStation 2 and Windows in 2002, with the cars of that year's World Rally Championship. In Championship mode you play Colin McRae in a Ford Focus across eight rallies: Spain, the UK, Greece, the USA, Japan, Sweden, Australia and Finland, each with seven stages that must be completed in order. You race alone against the clock, with a time gap to the leader shown after each checkpoint, and finishing a country unlocks upgrades. The damage is visible, with doors and the windshield falling off, and it makes the car handle worse. Your co driver calls turns and distances, with on screen markers for how sharp they are, and there is no music, so you listen to him. Racing alone to a co driver's voice still makes every stage a focused run.
