Is it still worth playing?

A Marine corporal named Matthew Kane joins the elite Rhino Squad to invade the home planet of the cyborg alien race known as the Strogg, in this 2005 first person shooter from Raven Software. It continues the story of Quake II, after the destruction of the Strogg leader, the Makron. After the squad ship is shot down, Kane rejoins his scattered team members and takes part in the assault. Multiplayer modes are Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Tourney, Capture the Flag, Arena CTF and DeadZone, with 16 players on a server and without bots. Kane never speaks, and fellow marines fight beside him, with medics healing you and engineers repairing your armor. Some sequences put you in a hovertank, and the weapons include a blaster, a machine gun, a nailgun and a dark matter gun. Squadmates who heal and repair you still make the campaign a team effort.
