Is it still worth playing?

Sparkster, an opossum knight with a rocket pack and a sword, battles the Devotindos Empire's army of evil pigs to rescue a princess, in this 1993 platformer for the Genesis. The sword hits enemies up close or sends out short range bursts of energy. Holding the attack button charges the rocket pack, and releasing it sends him bursting in one of eight directions, or into a spin if no direction is pressed. The burst rebounds off walls and ceilings. There are seven stages, each of several sections ending with a boss. Some sections play like horizontal shooters, and one boss fight is a duel between giant robots. Apples and bananas restore health, and the difficulty levels change the lives and continues you get. The rocket pack, charged and bounced off walls, still offers plenty of ways through a stage.
