Is it still worth playing?

A sim racing game from Wow Entertainment and TOSE for the Dreamcast, released in 2000, made by Sega to rival Gran Turismo. In Championship Mode you race across 22 tracks to earn licenses and win cups, and the prize money buys additional cars and mechanical parts. A car creation mode lets you build a custom vehicle from scratch with the parts you have acquired, or modify your existing cars. It has over 130 cars from makers such as Dodge, Ford, Toyota and Mitsubishi, with handling based on the real ones. The European version added cars from Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Mercedes-Benz. A Windows version came the next year. The series continued on the Xbox with Sega GT 2002. Buying parts with prize money still gives each race a clear reason.
