Is it still worth playing?

You control a variety of characters across different time periods over 100 years, and an alien race called the TimeSplitters tries to interfere, in this first person shooter from Free Radical Design. It was a PlayStation 2 launch title in 2000. Story mode can be played alone or with a second player, on three difficulty settings, and each mission has you find an object and bring it back to an exit portal. Finishing it on the easiest setting unlocks Challenge Mode. The multiplayer mode, Arcade, allows up to four players and ten computer bots, and a map maker lets you create custom maps. It has two sequels. A map maker and four player matches with bots still keep it going after the story.
