Is it still worth playing?

A mining town grew up around veins of Ember, an ore that enchants or corrupts everything it touches. A lone hero goes down from it, floor by floor, through dungeons laid out afresh, fighting crowds and collecting gold and gear. It is a 2009 action role playing game for Windows, on the Mac, Xbox 360 and Linux after. Travis Baldree and veterans of Blizzard North and Flagship made it in about eleven months, with Matt Uelmen's music. You pick from three classes with skill trees, and a pet fights beside you and can carry and sell your loot. The pet still makes the walk back to town to sell somebody else's job.
