Is it still worth playing?

A vehicular combat game developed by Luxoflux and published by Activision in 1998 for the PlayStation, Nintendo 64 and Game Boy Color, which began as a port of Interstate 76 and became its own game. On the console versions you fight over stages in the western United States in Story or Arcade mode, and each stage has interactive features, such as launching Aurora planes on the Area 51 level. Every vehicle has a machine gun, and you add up to three of five weapons: mines, auto cannons, rocket pods, mortars and homing missiles, plus a special weapon of its own. Fighting game style button presses make three special attacks with each weapon at a higher ammunition cost, and you can score combos called Whammies. A sequel followed a year later. A car chase with moves like a fighting game still gives each arena its own pace.
