Is it still worth playing?

In this 1990 Super Nintendo game you play the Master, a god who rebuilds the world in two modes. In the action stages you control a statue brought to life, jumping between platforms and fighting monsters, and each land has one before the simulation and one near the end, with a boss to beat. In the simulation stages you guide an angel over a map, shooting the monsters that pour from four lairs while the people build roads and homes. Sealing all four lairs raises the civilization level, and the Master levels up as the population grows, gaining hit points and magic points for miracles such as lightning, rain, sun, wind and earthquake. A Professional mode, unlocked after beating the game, plays all thirteen stages as a plain action game. Population growth in the building stages makes the Master stronger for the fighting, a link between the two halves that is still there today.
