About this game
Rare's 1995 SNES sequel, which takes Donkey Kong out of it and gives you Diddy and Dixie instead. Diddy runs faster, Dixie jumps higher and can spin her ponytail to slow a fall, and either can pick the other up and throw them, which is how you reach the ledges neither would manage alone. Five animal friends turn up for a level at a time, among them a spider whose webs you can stand on. Fifty two levels over eight worlds, each ending on a boss. Bonus barrels hide challenges that pay in Kremkoins, and fifteen of those buy you into the Lost World. Everything is built around two characters even when only one is in your hands, and the levels are still built on that.
