Is it still worth playing?

You act as an invisible deity to a tribe of eyeball creatures called Patapons, commanding them with drum beats, in this 2007 rhythm and strategy game for the PlayStation Portable. Sequences of beats make them move forward, attack, defend and retreat. The game was inspired by the Patapon designs of the French artist Rolito. The story follows the tribe on a journey to reach Earthend and gaze upon IT, meeting giant beasts and an enemy tribe called the Zigotons. The village of Patapolis is the main hub, where you revive fallen troops, select missions and play minigames. It was followed by Patapon 2 and 3. Unbroken chains of commands build combos that trigger Fever mode, in which units transform and weather based miracles such as Rain become available. Keeping the beat still decides how hard the tribe fights.
