Is it still worth playing?

Vectorman, one of the Orbots, shape shifting robots with heavy armaments, runs, jumps and shoots through large open levels in this 1995 platformer for the Genesis. He shoots pulses in eight directions, and his double jump can be used offensively. Powerups change his weapon, such as drills or bombs that attack enemies or alter terrain. Health orbs heal him or add a point to his life bar for the rest of the game, and multipliers raise the score and the extra lives that come with it. Each level has a time limit, but the levels are open, with several paths and secret passages. Powerups come from defeated enemies and floating televisions. The scrolling is free form, with parallax backgrounds. An item guide sits in the options menu. Levels with several paths and secret passages still reward looking around.
