About this game
Ubisoft's 2009 sequel, which moves the series into Renaissance Italy between 1476 and 1499 and puts Ezio Auditore in it. Five places to work in, Florence, Venice, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and Forlì, climbed freely and now swum through as well. Monteriggioni is the one that was new. The villa is yours, renovating the town raises what it is worth and pays you a cut, and the shops you fix up sell to you cheaper. Getting noticed raises your notoriety, which comes down by tearing posters off walls, bribing heralds or killing the official who signed them, and you can hire courtesans or thieves to pull guards away instead. The missions repeat: the optional ones come from a stock of three or four kinds, and following somebody through a market is one of them. So the city is not only something to climb: every part of it you fix up pays you back.
