Is it still worth playing?

In 2169 a virus has taken the mining robots of the Solar System, and you fly a ship into the mines, from the Moon to Pluto, to find each one's reactor, destroy it and get out before the mine goes up. It is a 1995 shooter for MS-DOS with Macintosh, PlayStation and RISC OS versions. The ship moves in six degrees of freedom, up, down, sideways and rolling, through corridors with no floor to speak of, across 27 levels, and it was the first shooter drawn entirely in true 3D, credited with starting the subgenre. Mike Kulas and Matt Toschlog made it in about 21 months for around 450,000 dollars, and head to head play for up to eight was supported. The six degrees still mean there is no up, and the corridor you came down is also a ceiling.
