Is it still worth playing?
Nathan Graves, an apprentice vampire hunter, goes into Dracula's castle to find his mentor, in this 2001 action role playing game that launched with the Game Boy Advance. You explore one large castle. Magic items give new abilities such as a double jump, launching off walls, moving heavy objects and breaking large rocks, and hidden upgrades wait in earlier areas for when you return. Nathan fights with a whip and secondary weapons such as throwing knives and holy water, which use hearts. He levels up by defeating enemies, and some drop equipment. Cards dropped by enemies power the Dual Set-Up System, with ten action cards and ten attribute cards, which give a hundred combinations, such as a whip infused with fire. Boss battles follow attack patterns you can learn. A hundred card combinations give you plenty to try as you explore the castle today.
